Romantic, liberating and totally addictive, the Fifty Shades trilogy will obsess you, possess you, and stay with you for ever …

But desire for Grey still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, she cannot resist. Soon she is learning more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades than she ever thought possible.

But while Grey wrestles with his inner demons, Ana must make the most important decision of her life. And it’s a decision she can only make on her own …

My Review:

This 2nd book in the Fifty Shades trilogy sees Ana and Christian leading separate lives to start with but they are both consumed with thoughts of the other and realising what they are giving up by not being together.

Ana starts her first job with a publishing house and is concentrating on her work, her new boss is a bit of a sleaze and fancies Ana and he finds her even more alluring when she rekindles her relationship with Christian.

During this book Christian is wrestling with his demons from his past but I wanted more information but you only get snippets from his nightmares.

Christian asks Ana to live with him and shortly after she agrees to move in he proposes to her, Ana asks for a few days to consider her answer and although it pains him Christian agrees.

Events take some unexpected twists and turns throughout this book, it was good but I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first book, but by the end I was looking forward to the final book as the story took an unexpected turn and you also get a 2nd interwoven plot from Christians past.
